Yes it's for real! It's called Extreme Ironing and its the newest sports fad combining the thrill of extreme sports with the satisfaction of a well pressed shirt. Actually performance art, all it takes to participate is an ironing board, a steam iron, a few wrinkled shirts and an extreme location.
