W-Window House in Kyoto was designed and built by the husband and wife team of architects Kentaro Takeguchi and Asako Yamamoto as their own residence. The challenge was to build the small house to fit a small space, and to optomize the light, yet minimize the conflicting views of the surrounding buildings. The stairs and angles are amazing! So is the rest of this house.
