Michael Campbell has two favorite pastimes - doing time in the the County Jail and when he isn't behind bars, doing time at the tattoo parlor.
The tattooed-faced convict from Colorado has been in and out of custody at the Jefferson County jail for the last five years and Jefferson County officials say that Campbell, 33, uses his infrequent time on the streets to aggressively be needled and inked. I guess it's not as disgusting as this woman who won the Guiness Book of Records for the woman with the most body piercings - It pains me to look at her -
