Yummy....

You know the economy is bad when a rare white truffle brings only $200,000 at auction. This lovely bit of gourmet goodness weighed in at 2.2 pounds and brought in a meager $200,000 last Saturday, as compared to another truffle auctioned off last December which commanded $330,000. Oh yeah - but that truffle was also a pound heavier. Both were snatched up by Hong Kong-born casino mogul Stanley Ho.

Hmmm... think I've found my new calling- white truffle hunter. See you in the Italian woods, people! Italy, white truffles - they're JUST COOL!
