Spring, where are you?! Just when I thought there was hope for some green and Spring, it snowed today. Then I happened across this cool (and I mean cool) furniture and snow doesn't seem so bad. Especially when you make furniture with it. Introducing Ice & Snow Furniture Raised From Lake Mendota...

This icy furniture was made by sustainable Artist/Designer Hongtao Zhou, a University of Wisconsin-Madison art student, who created it on and from frozen Lake Mendota near the UW-Madison Memorial Union Terrace shoreline. Visitors partake in the fun stopping to take pictures, eat ice cream in snow bowls and try out the cold ice chairs. It makes what seems like an unbearably long winter seem a little JUST COOL!

winter :: go away

So much snow this winter - I have cabin fever already. Too cold to go out and TOO MUCH SNOW to dig through. Heck, it's  like Antartica out there! What happened to the January Thaw? (Oh yeah, we still have two weeks left so there's still hope.)
